I really like what this doctor has to say on his site.  What a great way to build (and keep!) a practice by leveraging all of the communication vehicles we have today.  No jargon, no pretentiousness, no nonsense.  And VERY open!

P.S.  It's really too bad the site is image-based.  He's practically invisible to search engines!
